How I did it: Always made sure i had something in my hands, to keep them busy, so i wouldn't be tempted Told friends and family to tell me if i was biting my nails, because sometimes i don't realise i'm doing it Tried to keep my hands away from my face, which had the added benefit of clearing up my skin as touching your face a lot can lead to spots, so that was motivation. How I did it: Me and a group of mates got invited to my friend's cousin's a fancy dress party. We all went shopping for fancy dress outfits together and tried lots on, was a really good day. Since my budget was smaller than everyone else's i decided on a simple outfit. A Rambo type get up. I wore camouflage trousers and a white vest top that i covered in camo paint that cost £2.20 from the army surplus store, some cheap timberlan… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Set alarm on my phone for 6:00am Picked an alarm tone that i liked Put it on the far edge of my desk I use The Ellen Degeneres Show as motivation to stop myself from going back to sleep. It's on at 6am on FIVER. I make myself a cup of tea and some breakfast and watch the show. After that i have a shower and get dressed. That is now my wake up process. Read how I did it…

The aim of this challenge is to do something everyday for a year. it could be anything for example, write down one thing you are grateful for, learn something new, read at least a page of a book, exercise. You could even change it to be something you wont do everyday for a year like, bite nails, watch tv, eat chocolate, drink fizzy drinks.
This is my challenge:
I will learn something new everyday for 365 days. Starting from today!
Would be cool to do this, i can think of a few songs that i love no matter how many times i listen to them. But some i really love then 2 weeks later i hate them, so this may take some time to complete.
