This was a difficult task that I had never really thought about before. What an interesting learning experience. I am glad to say that I only had a few minor slip ups but for the most part, I made it. Now, I just have to try to continue it!

I don’t plan on giving up until I cross the finish line. I have completed 7 straight days of logging food, drinking lots of water, eating well balanced meals, running on my elliptical and feeling so great!
