The imagining a string pulling the top of your head trick works. At first it was hard to constantly remind myself but it got easier. Now I feel unconfortable when I even think of slouching.

Take it Easy

When I first started I began with once a week with the deal that I would not push myself but would do what I could and allow myself the time to build up. I have now been working out regularly for 9 months and am in the best shape of my life. Be good to yourself and you’ll be surprised how quickly your body shapes up and actully enjoys to excercise . . . . .

When I first started I would count my drinks and set higher and higher goals. 10, 15, 20. It got easier and easier. Who needs sodas?
