How I did it: -Cut midnight snacks-Stop eating fast food (once in a while is OK)-Stop drinking sodas (again, once in a while is OK)-If you are thirsty, drink WATER. -Walk everyday (an hour a day will help a lot)-Excersie, do something fun! -Eat in smaller portions-Eat until you are satisfied, then STOP. -Fruits are great snacks. -Do not get obsessed, take baby steps. It’s been a while since I last took a look at my care bear inventory :) I bought a new one today and will probably eb looking at my collection this weekend to make I list of ‘still need’
Great New Option to consider for those who are not too sure about implants: Cell-Assited Lipotranfer. Using your own fat and stem cells to naturally enhance your breast size. Some people are against this procedure claiming it can have negative effects on the long run. I’ve been doing my research, and personally I think is a great option. Just something you might want to look at for yourself. Google it….
