I used to have a lot of coffee in a day… I don’t know why but it’s probably a way to stay with people and share a relax moment… well, that’s about me.
Then I was “forced” to don’t have any coffee for two months: just the first week was hard… then I simply choose to not have coffee until the end of that period… what I discovered in this 2 months was that without coffee my organism worked better and I realized that coffee alterated my metabolism and other chemical processes… now I restarted to have coffee but I use to have 2 or 3 espresso in a day (before I was on 7/8 a day) and I can stay without it at all…

More important than do it it’s understand why I want to do it… I’m sure this is the problem that stops me… it’s like I don’t know what I want to say… and who’s the target reader… all, none, someone…?
