i heard drinking water is good for your skin, and i already knew it’s good for you to have plenty of water, so that sealed it for me. i did the recommended process of dividing my weight by 2 and that makes 65, so that’s the minimum i should drink, in ounces. since that’s the minimum, i’m adding a bit, so i’m going to drink 72 ounces of water a day starting tomorrow. that means drinking my 24-ounce water bottle 3 times every day for 30 days, at which point i will check off this goal but not stop drinking water.

big job

My room is ridiculously messy, to the point that I have garbage bags of clothes and stuff piled up in my closet.

Since I don’t really feel like cleaning it all at once or in big chunks, I’m just making my goal to pick up/clean at least 1 thing per day.

I find that the hardest part is starting, so if I just have to do 1 thing it’s easy to start, and then it’s also easy to keep going and clean up a bit more.
