How I did it: After I did the 10K I was well into running so the next goal would be running a half marathon. Now that it's done I'm aiming to better my time, and perhaps next year train for full marathon. Read how I did it…
How I did it: At the office I moved to a different floor where there's a smoking room at the corner. I had to pass that corner everyday. That corner smells really bad, like a very dirty old and mouldy ashtray. And I just didn't feel like smoking anymore every since. It's been 4 months and I'm still clean. Read how I did it…

I ran a very slow 10K, my time is around 1:15. That means I take 7,5 minutes per KM (compare to the winners who can do 10K under 30 minutes, whose pace is 3 minutes per KM!)
At first my goal was just to be able to finish. Now my goal is to better my time.
with mini roma tomato plants. There are 4 tomato plants in 50-cm pot together with a medium-sized palm tree. The oldest one is now about 15-20 cm high. I didn’t take note when exactly the seed sprouted, I think about one month ago. It amazes me by growing so fast! I notice progress on height & leaf size everyday. Can’t wait till the plant matures and flowers and starts producing tomatoes! Then I can list this as done :)
If this tomato experiment is successful I will try out other plants like chili, aubergine, zucchini, and something leafy.
