Typical vitamins tend to make me feel a little sick. I was told I might be overdosing, so I’m going to try for kids chewable vitamins ; ). Does anyone know if those have any benefit to adults?

I did this out in a rural area where there was little light pollution. I was sitting in a lawn chair w/blanket outside when I dozed away, but next time I’m definitely going to go for pillows and blankets out in the grass. Bug spray is a good idea, too, if you’re as prone to bites as I am! It’s absolutely amazing and so serene it puts you to sleep. The weather is great, go grab a date and go for it tonight!
Speed reading is just about the most awesome skill that helps tenfold in your studies! It’s like reading diagonally and it’s great for scanning documents and finding out if they’re really what you need in your research.
Just find a book you’ve been meaning to read, set a kitchen timer for a minute or so, and read as fast as you can (follow with your finger and try to skim diagonally). Keep track of the number of lines you get through each time and try to recall what you’ve read to be sure you’re getting the information. Goodluck!!!
