Managed to pay off all the credit card debts, hoorah! But there’s still the millstone of the mortgage. Not exactly the right time to do this now – with my partner on short time, and possibly going to lose job. But for me, it helps to keep some long term goals in mind.

I’ve been buying fizzy water and having it with dinner in the evening. I think if it’s a regular thing, then I’ll do it more often. I’ll have to try the water with coffee thing next
I’ve finally done a car boot sale!! Managed to sell a whole load of stuff (lots of it at 20p, but still better than a kick in the pants). Amazing what stuff people wanted to buy, whereas the stuff you think would go is still hanging around. The remnants went to recycling/charity shops, so that has cleared a whole load of space in the flat which is great as I could hardly move. Total profit 60 quid! Some books are listed on amazon and are slowly getting sold. I have a bunch of stuff I was thinking of putting on ebay and have to get rid of as I have to move, yet again, in the summer. never tried ebay before…
