Just put my alarmclock on the other sound at the room, and turned up the volume lol. I’m finally seriously starting with this goal, after procrastinating on it (ofcourse!) for months lol. So I’m starting by cutting back the alarm time by 15/30 minutes each couple of days. Starting at 8.30, my goal is 7.00.

How I did it: I booked a ticket, and just did it! I’m always in a hurry in the morning, and running all over the place. So, I’d like to have more time and to do that I’m starting by waking up early. Little by little I’m setting my alarm clock earlier so I can get used to it, untill I made the habit of waking up at 7. My ideal morning is:
- Wake up at 7
- Go to the bathroom
- Get dressed
- Do reiki 15/30 minutes
- Eat breakfast while reading a book or the newspaper
- Brush my teeth and do hair and make-up
- Pick up my things, and get ready to leave
- Or if I have the day off, do homework
Ideally this shouldn’t take me more then 1,5 hours, so I should be all set at 8.30 – the exact time I have to leave for school.
My goal for these couple of days: getting up at 8.30 (I know..) and do everything (except for reiki) in 1 hr. When I get more time, I’ll do that in the morning in stead of evening.
Ofcourse it’s never done, I will continue working on it. By finding a Spanish language pall! Me gusta espaƱol muchisimo <3
