i start college soon, and i dont want to start it look like a whale, so as soon as exams are over the diet starts again…
but all my other diets just ended up with me not eating anything, having no exercise because i had no energy, and then end up eating the whole content of the fridge.
so this time i am going to try the healthy eating and exercise thing and see how i get along.
i only want to lose about half a stone to get back to 6 and a half stone, so i think il do it this time…
