well this has been a bad week, I have lost a total of 15 lbs, but probably gained a few back this week. I need to get back on the ball, I can’t continue this downslide back into bad habits. Strength, willpower, determination, don’t desert me know.

I made it through the weekend, which included a party, thank god they had a veggie tray there, or else I don’t know what I would have done.
I’m making sure that I eat at least one very healthy meal a day, and trying to avoid soda (at least ones that aren’t diet) and fast food. My weakness is french fries. I’m not for giving those up completely, but I have to get past craving them, so I can eat them in small quantities. I had gained a pound or two back, although I think it was muscle mass accumulating, not fat, and I’ve lost those pounds over again. I wasn’t able to workout over the weekend, but I did today, and am going to my karate class tonight.
I’ve started to keep a food journal and an activity journal. My best friend and I are goign to work together to lose weight, and have some accountablility to some one other then ourselves. Plus it will help encourage us, as we have someone going through the same stuff at the same time.
I think Mondays are going to be a good day for me. Lot’s of time to exercise, and my willpower is already increasing, after one week of trying to change my eating habits.
This goal should be easier to actually obtain right now, as my friends and I are going to be performing the Cancan in September. So now starts the process of rehearsals, which will hopefully help with the weight loss, as no one wants to see cows cancanning.
