okay so this little diet thing is supposed to work im starting it tomarrow! you can only drink this for 10 days. about 10 times a day..
drink recipe for one serving:
2 tablespoons of lemon juice(1/2 of lemon)
2 tablespoons of organic grade b maple syrup
1/10 tablespoon of hot red pepper(cayenne pepper)
1 cup of spring water.
try it i am going to start it tomarrow
