is really for no reason at all. one day i was at the library and i found one of those audio-books on learning cantonese. i thought, what the hell, and i found it to actually be easy. BUT recently, ive found that my neighbors only speak cantonese (not a bit of english) so i decided i would improve, so i could eventually talk to them.
