have identified three short stories to edit and clean up so they can be submitted to potential publishers. some poetry needs to be identified as well.
need to start research for potential novel.

that is the key. investment income cannot be considered reliable unless you are invested in such a way as to get regular dividend or interest income … and that either ties up your money so that you cannot access it or leaves it open to “market” risk. Having a business up and running will improve the income reliablity. Or, having a job will do that.
Some combination of all three is what I would really like.

you would think, as long as I have been here, I would have finished unpacking and gotten things organized. Yeah, that is something I need to do. A little every day.
