I feel the best when I’ve drank 60 – 100oz of water in a day. This is of course no easy task if you eat improperly :(
Never, EVER drink ANYTHING with food! Never EVER drink ANYTHING within an HOUR of eathing ANYTHING! You won’t digest well and the arry of maladies will scare you!
Example: have you ever drank anything (water, pop, alchohol) right before, during, or after dinner? Not just a sip or two, but 4 – 16 oz? Undoubtably it took forever to feel “empty” again, or durring the digestive process you burped a lot or felt AWFULLY sluggish….
My point is – drink a ton a water in the morning BEFORE breakfast (no matter what you eat!), a little 15min or more before lunch, same with dinner, and have 8-16oz before bed.
The before bed water will help your body regenerate, rebuild, digest, and prevent any forms (even minute) of dehydration.
Good luck to you water drinkers! It has certainly helped me, and not a day goes by where I don’t drink at least 64oz!

Forget your oven, get a dehyrator and make your own crackers and bread that will fill you up, but not bog you down with the task of using your own enzymes to digest!
If you’re already vegan, or considering it, I recommend going MOSTLY raw! You’ll feel better, spend less, and wonder why you ever deviated from the basics in the first place : )

Cheese is my vice! It is the only animal product I still crave on a regular basis. I try to curb those cravings with making raw cheeses from nuts – but the craving lingers! This is just diet of course – there is much more to health!
I want to stop drinking
I want to exercise more – a lot more!
I want to eat 75% raw!
I want to have skin that glows!
I want to look trim and fit
I want to meditate more
I want to FEEL healthy – physically, mentally, spiritually
I need all the support I can get – but I’ll do it on my own if I need to!
