I found a great computer program called “Manictime” that helps me keep track of what I’m doing on the computer & the internet. I couldn’t believe how much time I’ve spent on Facebook :p

How I did it: I joined my local Toastmasters club, and I made an effort to visit every week. I also made it a goal of mine to give at least one speech a month. Because I stuck to that goal, I was able to complete the first ten basic requirement speeches and I earned my "Competent Communicator" certificate. Now I'm working on my "Advanced Toastmaster - Bronze" certificate. Read how I did it…

I’ve always known that my writing skills are good enough. Now I want to prove it to myself.
There are just two obstacles I have to face: What to write about, and where to send it.
I spend way too much time on the internet, especially youtube. What’s worse, it cuts into the time that I need to accomplish my other goals such as reading or practicing the piano.
If only I could find a computer program that could (1) keep track of my internet habits, (2) a timer that would alert me when I’ve spent too much time on the computer, (3) or both!
