I ate at Shake Shack yesterday, the Double Stack was great, a burger and fried mushroom! The fries were crispy outside and soft inside. The caramel shake was great (who do more people not offer caramel?). And the spiced cherry custard was very spicy and a nice combination of flavors.

I gave up coffee around 1-Aug on the same day that I got so fed up with Starbucks that I vowed never to go there again (even for non-coffee drinks and treats).
So far it was not a big devision, I am not having tons of cravings or anything like that. I guess I started slowing down before I stopped it all together.
I had a few days that I missed getting a coffee (drip or latte) and ended up feeling a bit jittery by the end of the day. I did not like this at all so it helped my decision making process.
I am conflicted about caffiene and do not care for the processes used in to make decaf so I always stuck with the “regular”. These are also some of the same reasons I avoid artificial sweetners.
I absolutely love In-N-Out Burger! I was introduced to them in 1996 while working in Anaheim, CA. Ever since I make a point while in Vegas or CA to try to go at least once.
