My new exercise plan....

I am an avid gym goer (love climate control, lol) but I need variety…so I am mixing up my cardio (still doing at least hour a day 3-4 days a week) but getting it through training to run a half marathon, jumping rope, and the elliptical trainer. I just finished putting together my exercise journal and am looking forward to filling it up! Also I am signing up for beginner’s tennis lessons (bought my racquet last week) and hope to have a tennis coach (hot? maybe?) by the beginning of November! Any local tennis people who would enjoy playing please get in touch!
