This summer 20 months ago

I became a vegetarian, something I had considered for years but never acted on. Besides deciding i would no longer eat meant, i decided i wanted to be more concious about what I was eating althoughter.

Putting strict restraints on the types of things I put in my body has been a very positive change. I feel like I’m getting more protein now than when i did eat meat!

November will mark the fifth month of no meat and healthy foods, and i’ve never felt healthier!
