Now I can sort of keep a conversation going, but only if they are the person to initiate the conversation. I’m okay with very close friends and family, but at work and school i’m horrible at conversation… I’ll have good days where I can talk to a few people without any problems but I still fumble my words and blush a lot. I wish I could just have pure confidence in everything I have to say even if it makes me look stupid.

I’ve been eating no junk food, and no caffeine or pop. I’ve also realized that it’s the small things that can effect your weight, like if you go somewhere, park further away. That little extra effort could make a big difference. I’ve been doing a lot of cleaning too, I think all that heavy lifting has helped me. :)
