Now I have to stay here. I love to refine my systems. There are some systems I won’t change because I pretty much have those areas of my life honed down to a skill but I need to improve other areas of my house. At least I am finally here. Woo! Hoo! :-)

I need need this. 6 hours is just not healthy for me. Maybe one day I will be able to say that I consistently get 8 hours of sleep every night but for right now I can’t really say that. Another thing to work on.
Omg I have to put salt on just about everything!!!! Someone recommended Mrs. Dash today. I currently use “Light Salt” but I’d like to make the switch to Mrs. Dash. I tried it in the past and did not care for it very much but it’s been years since I’ve had any. I think I’m going to give it another whirl. Maybe this time I’ll take to it better.
