I really thought I would enjoy it. I was in Cuba, and apparently they have a coral reef second to only Australia. Anyway, long story short, I didn’t enjoy it as much as I had hoped. I was nervous, I didn’t like the feeling of being “squished”, my ears wouldn’t equalize (as much as I tried), I got cold after only 30 mins. I’m glad I did it, however, I won’t be taking the course like I thought I would one day.

So far, I just follow the most simple of recipies. Cooking intimidates me. If I could pull together 10 awesome meals without struggle, that would be such an accomplishment for me. :)
This is a perfect goal for me to set. I think, what my problem is, is that I see there is sooo much to be done that it overwhelms me. But if I can take it 10 minutes at a time, that makes the goal more attainable. I think I can do it this way.
