How I did it: I was forced to wake up at 6am for work during my 6 week training period. This meant that on weekends sleeping until 8 or 9 was like sleeping half the day away. Once I got back on a more normal schedule (8-5) its easier to wake up on the weekend because now I realize how much I can accomplish on my weekend days and its great. Although I do still occasionally sleep really late if I feel my body needs it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I finally committed to joining a gym and getting a regular workout schedule. I had to realize that working out isn't a burden its 'me time'. I joined a gym on Halloween and since then I work out a minimum of 2 times per week and usually workout 4-6 times a week doing a mixture of cardio and strength training. I crave the gym now. How I did it: Persistence, persistence, persistence! I applied for every job possible, intereviewed for multiple jobs, never quit looking and never gave up hope.
