I drink too much pop/soda. I need to drink a LOT more water. I should be drinking at least 8 glasses a day! I think I currently drink about 2-3. I need to drink water with lunch instead of pop. Same with dinner. Juice is okay too, but need to drink at least twice as much water as I have been.

No more pop. Stop raiding the candy machine at work. Eat more fruits and veggies. Try new things. Stop eating fast food! I need to create a menu for myself, and make my lunches. Healthy choices. Foods with more energy. Natural foods. Vitimins and suppliments too. Ask Bernadette for advice. LISTEN TO HER ADVICE and heed it!
