i have to lose 30 pounds
i know i can do it the major thing i think thats holding me back is unhealthy eating habits and drinking
since i came to korea i’ve made a lot of bad habits
i think i’m going to set a goal of losing 10 pounds a month at least
i’m in my 170s i need to be around 148 to breeze through are monthly weigh ins and be confident i wont need to be taped

So Im in the army and being here working boring endless hours sitting around in a tent doing nothing has got me thinking a lot
And I thought about lack of magazines for a certain military group which I dont want to share yet
But I have got great ideas for it
I just dont know where to start
Where to get reference to guide me
And I need to what skills I need to have/learn.
