Eat better
Stop buying junk food, learn to cook. 12 months ago

Once you stop buying junkfood, that’s half the battle. I also cleaned the kitchen and bought a nice cookbook. Learning to prepare food yourself is the other half.

Now I go out to eat as a special occasion, and not as a daily thing.

Keep a food journal. It really shows you how much unhealthy stuff you are eating. Now I think twice before I eat something, knowing that I have to keep track of it.
