So, I went back on caffeine for a couple months while I was working a data entry job and it killed me. I’ve been off the sauce for about a month now and it’s just splendid. Much, much better.

How I did it: bad ways at first, good ways later, then a stomach disorder. not a lot to be proud of. the good period involved a lot of eating good-for-you food and exercise. exactly what everyone tells you to do. what people don't tell you: you don't lose any large amounts of weight for the first month, you just have to fight through it and then the magic happens. Read how I did it…
I’ve been off of caffeine for about four months now and I have better emotional regulation, less dehydration and I don’t get hyper and do or say stupid things. I don’t drink coffee, soda, caffeinated tea or eat a lot of chocolate. At first it was really hard but now if I try to drink some soda it just tastes like syrup and I can feel all of it’s effects on me. Not good effects, bad effects. DOWN WITH CAFFEINE!
