I can’t believe I am up to day 75, week 11. I missed a few days last week when I went out of town and have picked-up where I left off. I did a lot of walking around New York City, so I hope that counts for something. Not to mention my diet wasn’t that great during my vacation days.
I am pushing through and I definitely noticed it is a lot more difficult to get into the swing of things. Doing yoga yesterday and the ab excercises the day before that, wow. I really felt it. I will try my best to keep on track and to pack my bands when I travel again.
I think I will do another round after finishing this one, this time I will follow the diet a lot more closely. It is a great program!
