I found an apartment last week and am moving on the 15th. It’s not my ideal apartment, but it’s nice, and there’s lots of light coming in. It will just be nice to have my own place again and to stop living in chaos.

I started practicing yoga a little more than four years ago, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. The benefits of yoga go far beyond what I expected. I figured it would be a good stress-reducer (it is), but it’s also helped me learn how to work through difficult situations and has helped ease my depression somewhat. Sweet.
I started training in February, but haven’t been to nearly as many classes as I would like to have gone to. First I got bronchitis and was bedridden for two weeks. A few weeks later I hurt my neck and couldn’t move freely for six or seven days—muscle relaxants and heavy-duty pain killers helped with that.
Things seem to be back on track now. If I could make it to two classes per week minimum (but preferably three), I’d be happy with that.
