i did it!!!!!! and i was soooooo sore the next day, i couldn’t get outta bed!!!!! but it was wonderful!!

How I did it: I knew it was always a good skill to have in business etc. I was talking to a friend who is great at names and asked how she did it. I was told to look the person straight in the eyes and then repeat their name when you meet them. it also helps to repeat the name in your head about 3 times and maybe think of something that is memorable about them. i’ll be skiing for the first time on sunday!!!!!!!!! i’m so excited!!!!!! and a little worried that i’ll break my leg!
i’ve been realizing that if i go to bed telling myself that i need to be up, or i want to be up… i can get up (after a couple of snoozes, of course) but if i’m really not looking forward to getting up (like class, or doing certain tasks at work (cooking instead of waitressing)), i have a hard time getting up and end up not being up in time for class or being really late to work. any advice on psyching myself out before bed?
