...back to restricting…which typically means binging at night…grr to bad habits.

YIKES! So By Monday morning there is a NY State Law going into effect, that ALL popular francise’s (I am sure “popular” is defined in more detail in the written contract) are going to be REQUIRED TO POST CALORIE CONTENTS of the food ON THE FOOD itself! I went to starbucks today and they already had this in effect. You would not believe how many calories are in a tiny brownie at Starbucks (over 300!). This doesn’t apply to me much since I cut out sugar and flour from my diet BUT I am sure it will have an impact on others…and judging by the number of sweets left behind the glass it is quite obvious people are now thinking twice about taking a bite of that blueberry scone.

So. I have been eating “normally” throughout the day (snacking a bit) but nothing over the top. I usually am not a big day-eater. I am making a promise to myself tonight that I will not binge eat. Even though I will be tired and will have lots of cleaning, laundry, errands to do…I will get them done in a relaxed state of mind and manner. I will feel great after I get everything I need to get done tonight and look forward to a fun day of activity tomorrow!

Fruit Smoothie (Crystal Light w/Mixed Berries)
