I thought I had checked my tires last week. Imagine my surprise when today, with backpack and helmet ready, I wheeled my bike out of the garage, but when I went to get on, the tires sank into the driveway! So I guess I will need to buy a decent pump before I can get this off my list!

I recently broke down and bought an old fashioned paper planner. A weekly style with a nice black cover and plenty of room to keep track of appointments, to-do’s and even meal plans. I decided I needed this when I realized I was working off of three seperate calendars. Two electronic and one monthly paper calendar. None of which was really portable nor was there an easy way to put them all together. With my planner so far I’ve been able to compile all three calendars. And since it is very portable, I always know where I am supposed to be and when. It is a start!
I’ve given up trying to go to bed before I am ready. I’ve realized that I have a bedtime of 1am. I hate getting out of bed in the morning whether the morning is 7:30, 8 or even 10am! I always seem to get sleepy around 1 and naturally head to bed at that time. So I guess I am sticking with that and saying that I have accomplished this goal. Actually my body accomplished it as soon as I pulled my head out of the way.
