Get my nose pierced.
Just did it today... 3 years ago

...and I absolutely love it! It’s really quick and relatively painless – just pick a reputable piercing shop and (IMO) a smartass piercer to distract you. :)

Create my own personal SuicideGirl pic
Very cool but why go nude? 3 years ago

I love the style and the confidence of SuicideGirls but frankly am turned off by the nudity – the most interesting pics to me are the ones that hint at punk sexuality, not the ones that are pornolite. That said, I’m not into censoring their site…I’d just rather create my own kind of SuicideGirl pic just for myself. You know, in the style and spirit of the Girls and Dita von Teese but plus clothing and minus the public access. After all, I figure I can reconcile my interest in burlesque as an art form with my feminist principles best if I hinge them on visual displays of self-confidence – so who else needs to see it but me? :)

Get Democrats elected to Congress in 2006, restore balance of power
Why, it's almost like being in love 3 years ago

This was the first brilliant election night I’ve had in 14 years – I’m still stunned but giddy about last night’s results!
