I recently moved to LA and am starting work here next week. When I was living in SB, I walked to and from work two times a day (home for lunch). I feel like that really got me awake and ready for the day. So now I need to figure out a plan for getting energy and starting my day right…Just rolling out of bed and into the car isn’t going to help me to be alert and ready to take on a new job. I think my only option (because of time) is Yoga @ home. SO, here’s my plan: On days that I work, wake up, eat something small and do some yoga. On the other days, I will swim in the morning. Hopefully this will work for me.

I’ve read about 20 of these, but definitely want to read the rest!! I plan on starting with The Poisonwood Bible, which happened to be my next read anyways :)

and LOVED it. It had been sitting on my shelf for about a year, waiting for me…and it was totally worth the time & the wait! Amazing book, great story, loved the characters and the ideas they posed. It was surprisingly an exciting read! Anyone who has read Ayn Rand and liked it, you will LOVE this. I thought The Fountainhead was good, I loved We the Living, but neither compare to this novel!! Glad to have accomplished that :)
