i did do some serious excercising today.walked for about 20-25 minutes and climbed stairs and did some abdomen excercises.I think in all it took nearly an hour.
i should do this everyday and make it a habit.



auto suggestion,pma,visualise and self hypnosis

i am already doing 5 things.This is one of the most important things in achieving anything.It is to create it first in the mind.

so in whatever i do from now on and in especially the 5 things i will use this very frequently.They all go hand in hand.



get organised (read all 2 entries…)

spent 10 minutes to organise the desk. organise the books.
got rid of the old question papers.
must spend more time today (15 minutes) to organise desk and desk shelf.
