How I did it: I went to speak to a professional through my doctor about it and she listened for an hour as I told her what was going on. She then told my doctor I was very introverted (thanks lady!). Strange thing is that I have felt differently since the meeting. I seem to have acknowledged their death and that there is nothing I can do about it other than carry on with my own life without them.
