of course I don’t have a tractor (yet), and I live in the city, and my yard is about 20’ x 20’, but I’d really like to build a barn (salvaged heavy timber) so that I have a place to park my tractor.
1967 VW Karmann Ghia Coupe. Total body off restoration. My first real project. body work, new wiring harness, paint, suspension, brakes, everything had to be touched. I tried to leave the squirrel nest under the hood, but the squirrels couldn’t deal with all of the commotion so we had to part ways.

A gift for my boys: selflessness. I want them to grow up knowing that we will stop our routines to give to theirs. How can I give them more? I will love my wife. I will be attentive enough to teach. I will share. I will model goodness.
I want to continue to love my wife in a way that is intentional. To consider how I can be more of a partner, more of an ally. To put her first.
I want to continue to love my wife to strenghten the “us”. To be a model for my sons, and to work toward an ideal of truth and respect and patience and caring.
I want to be such an outstanding lover of my wife that it is always obvious where my priorities lie…. in her, in us.
