Just started 3 years ago

Got hooked up with a group here in town. Started learning ‘Buddha showing a thousand hands”

So many things about this are intriguing. After doing tai chi for a number of years, I was hungry for more. Falun Gong seems to be just the ticket.

I love the concept of the lotus palm!
