... an “apple juice” – malic acid liver/kidney flush juice fast from “herbally yours” by penny c. royal. We have all of these apples from our backyard and figured it’d be a good way to get rid of some ;} mix of green apples (granny?) and red delicious.
it’s a little after midday and Ive been peeing a lot. :). other than that only a little hungry. i want to go for a run or swim, but am scared that i will get really hungry afterwards and eat something ;}. hmm juicy steak would be good right about now.
