practice my yoga more reguraly

I decided over the weekend to go ahead and do my yogalaties that I had been putting off for the last couple of months. I’m really glad that I did actually get a chance to stretch several times prior to the day that I was going to get in the bended and holded state of mind. I thought I was going to die when I did a one-handed push up. It sounds like I was doing some sort of Rocky-esque type of workout but in fact, it was actually just a balancing posture. My wrists are too weak to do it too much….I’ll be wearing braces on each of my arms then!

I got down to do it and there was Katie. Then, there are Angel. Then Troy even tried to mess with me a little. Justin was sweet though and kinda helped to herd them away from me while I was doing it.

I got through with first workout and then faked my way through workout two and then…I was done. Yep, I was done done for the rest of the day on anything of that nature. I really love to do my yoga though. It’s so soothing to feel yourself slowly stretching your stress away. It wasn’t too fun when the kids and dog are attacking you!
