Lose 30 pounds
Lose 30 lbs by July 07

I am 5’ 4” and about 145lb right now. I resolve to be about 115 lb by July 07. I have found success with Atkins’, and believe this is a great Way Of Life.

I also resolve to be eating as Low Carb as possible, without compromise on veggies.

I’ve been doing Kimkins since 5/1, and I’m 140lbs now (5/8). It’s a good thing!



Donate blood
JUST DO IT!

I’ve given blood twice in my life.. And it feels really good.

Just knowing that I might have saved a random stranger’s life makes me like myself a little more.

I love cooking indian food, especially chicken, mainly because you can never tire of it! There’s so much variety, so many spices you can use, and it doesn’t take much.
