How I did it: Got it. That is all there is to be said when a 21 year old finally sucks it up and takes the test. There is no big to-do about it. Which was kinda disappointing. But understandable. To start off, I want to start working out at least once a week. Add a day in February. Add a day in March. So on and so forth.
Easy. Relatively cheap. And now I don’t have to walk to the store. Lol!
