After keeping yarn and needles in the house for about two years, I finally buckled down and did it. It took a bit of practice and quite a few times of me saying “this is stupid!” I’ve already made a skinny scarf for my mother and a baby blanket for a coworker. Now it’s on to legwarmers and a Ravenclaw (Harry Potter) scarf.

and that means I’m going to bring my bike out again. I want to clean it up, oil the chains, put air in the tires, and buy a basket! I may even need a new helmet, I left it out in the yard for a while in the winter, so it’s probably stained of rainwater and cat pee.
