What other people think of you doesn’t matter in the large scheme of things. I have never really cared what other people thought, and still don’t. Yes I care about how my boss peceives me, but as long as I’m employed I don’t worry about it. Yes, I care about what my husband thinks, but not enough to change who and what I am. Sometimes it’s not easy, but it is always satisfying to know that I am happy with who I am.

After nearly two years away, I am finally doing yoga again. My mom and I go to class every monday, and I really is helping both of us. When I first mentioned it to her she gave me all the typical excuses. Then I reminded her of her panic attacks, high blood pressure etc and she relented. We are both enjoying it and we finally have something to talk about other than the weather.
I quit on Jan 7th and feel so much better. I weened myself down to 4 a day, then just stopped. It hasn’t been easy, but after a month I think it’s safe to say that I’m a non-smoker now!
