I finally found a housekeeper. She is only able to come 2 days a week right now so I am still in the market for maybe another person who can come 2 more days. I am so grateful to have found someone though!!!! I can already tell a difference!

My jaw is still pretty sore but my crowns look beautiful. I have my new retainers also. I am getting so close… I can’t wait to mark this off my list(I think I say that alot!)
I am so happy to mark this off my list, I just can’t believe how long it has taken me! I would get close and then mess it up again. It has also been ground zero for much of my packing. Ahhhhh… it is so nice to sit in there now and have coffee. It is clean and pretty and has fresh flowers and plants. This is so much better!
I still have some to pack so I can’t mark this off the list but I am getting closer! I will finish in the morning before I start on paper.

More about these amazing women later…I am not putting them in any particular order as it would be impossible to rank them.
It is going to be so great to have a complete inventory of everything we have. To have the list, photos and know the value will be amazing!!! I can include in the inventory notebook where it is in the new place. There is a man in the small town where we live who has detailed notebooks of his houses. Where things are, how things work, schematics. I have always been jealous of these notebooks… but no more!!! I will have my own notebooks!!!!
I am giving up on this goal for the time being. I am not going to be needlepointing any time soon.
I am looking for a housekeeper. My plan is to find someone and have a plan for the cleaning in the next 2 days.
I am working on it. There were more linens than I had realized. There is more of everything than I had realized and I had realized there was ALOT. So much respect for anyone out there who has had to pack and move.
I have some work to do on both the upper and lower left. I had the right side done last year(thank God.) I am having the lower left done on Thursday and the upper left some time this summer. I had the molds taken for the retainers and needless to say I am so glad to be working on this. I have hated having this looming over my head and I don’t know why I haven’t made it more of a priority. W. is so careless with his teeth that I think that is making me more obsessed with mine.
I have an appointment for a cleaning and getting new retainers! I still have to get some fillings replaced and a crown but at least I am back in the game. I was so unhappy with the last dentist I went to and I couldn’t stand my orthodontist so I just avoided the situation for awhile. Now, I am just ready to have it all fixed and maintain.
I am moving so slowly!!!! It is like trying to do my goals while swimming through molasses. it is not just that I am moving slowly, it is also taking so much longer to do something. I don’t know what it is but it’s disturbing. I should have so many things marked off my list and a slew of other things accomplished but remarkably little has gotten done… and I am working towards these things. So, ugh!!!!!! Hopefully this phenomenon will end soon! I have so much to do!
This is the post box that kikigracies grandfather got when the post office first opened.
I worked steadily all day today and didn’t get to mark one thing off my list. I still have some work to do on the kitchen…really just one stupid closet. But it is REALLY bad and will take at least a couple of hours. Maybe tomorrow before I go to Ama.
I have already drug some of them out and they are a mess just piled around so that is why they make the list before some other things.(What a poorly constructed sentence that was.) Anyway, I am finding it easier to do this in blocks of stuff, like, pack linens, pack dvds, pack shoes. It still overwhelms me if I think about it too much.
The only thing that comes to mind about this lumber company is that they have ALOT of cats. At least that means they don’t have mice… do mice eat wood?
I need to do these things today. They are mostly finished…in fact, to the naked eye they look done but I still have a bit more to do. W. is coming home tonight and I want to be able to enjoy our time together and not have this nagging at me.
I have several, including the two I just finished, in which I have to write names, dates and captions. But with the photos in the albums I get mark this off my list!
from having this done. It looks clean and almost all of it is clean but I can’t really mark this off until this one @#$x%x pantry is clean.
