I bought new running shoes after spending way too long in my old shoes. I am running a little bit and hope to become faster, it is really hard. I find jogging to be such good exercise and i get the endorphins in my 25 minute run, but sometimes my knees hurt after. I am trying to stretch my legs lots and hopefully this will work.

I am notoriously disorganized which isn’t helped by my being too busy. but I am trying to stay at home more and organize and keep organize certain areas of my house. The bathroom, kitchen and entry way are consistently clean and neat. but my bedroom in particular has clothes everywhere. I am just not motivated to spend a ton of time cleaning up after myself. I am trying to do little 10 minute projects like to organize cosmetics on my dresser. and clear the kitchen table….baby steps
For some reason now that I’m an adult, i never thought about dancing everyday until now, but it really makes sense. I loved dancing as a child and am really excited about this! I am planning to learn some new dances too, like the tango and salsa as well. I have been talking about it with some friends and to my surprise they love the idea of learning new dances and want to join me. Its really exciting because dancing is fun and such good exercise (and I want to get more fit and lose weight) AND i love hanging out with my friends!!! this week I’m going to hula hoop class, a tango class, a salsa class, and a capeira class I am very excited!
