gosh it’s so unfair.. I’ve gotten them all over my breasts, so if I show like one cm of cleavage they will show and poeple aks me what it is, I’ve also descovered that I have them all over my thighs, my butt, my overarms, even on my calf, it sucks.. I just hope that poeple won’t notice..
But on the aother hand they sort of give me motivation to stay skinny, I used to be oberweight, not a lot, but still I’ve lost 18 kg, I now weigh 56 kg so when I look at them I remind myself that I never want to be overweight again. And I’m gonna continiue to stay healthy..
plus boyfriends/girlfriends don’t care, if they do then all of you deserve better. The only poeple who craes are are the poeple themselves who have them, trust me I know about it…
Maybe it’s impossible, but I’m gonna try.. I wnat to be able to o to the beach like I used to do when I was little..

I’ve lost about 18 kg in a year, and yeah I love it. I know weigh about 56 kg. I’m still not happy about my body though, now it feels like flabby, but I know lots of exercice and wightlifting will help me. My tips are to stop eating sugar, fast carbs and fatty food. Also to eat often so you won’t feel hungry all the time. And drink lots of water everyday, it helped me resist my cravings. I also did a lot of pilates at home.
My tip for exercise is to get a training DVD and do it at home if you feel uncomfortable going to the gym, plus it’s cheaper and you can use it anytime you want. I recomand winsor pilates, I love that DVD!
Everyone can do it, all you need is disipline, just decide to do it and do it instead of thinking about it. Some poeple say that they’d treid everything without any results, well what they lack is dicipline! And never ever give up! good luck to everyone!
