I have made no progress towards this goal whatsoever so far which is sad. I don’t think I have been really bothered but that is about to change – part of the reason why I joined this site!
I have decided that I will start for real tomorrow and I will stick to 1,500 calories a day. I will also do about an hour of exercise a day like brisk walking – and join the gym later on.
I plan to stick to my diet for 3 days before I weigh myself as I fear the worse right now!

Money has been a little short – so I want to handle that and then take a short break somewhere lovely – hopefully with someone equally as lovely! I want to take a break which will take my breath away and re-energise me!

I have way too much debt right now which makes me sad :( Mainly most of it is from my ex husband who is slowly but surely paying me back. I also have about 6,000 of my own debt which i want to handle ASAP!
