I loved that I can always turn to my friends for comfort when I am in need. For such a long time, I would isolate myself because I was tired of being disappointed by people. Then I realized that without friends, I am only more miserable. Treasure each moment you have, those laughter and joy are a blessing.

I have to truly believe that I deserved to be successful in anything that I do. Sometime I let that doubt consume me and I can’t accomplish my goals. Whether it is to be successful in my work, school or relationship. If I don’t believe in myself, who else will.
I realized it has to come within my core and that faith will allow me to overcome any obstacles that I face. Especially, in relationships because I often become to easygoing in who I date. I allowed myself to be in destructive relationship because I don’t have enough faith that I deserved to be with someone better.
I want to believe in myself more so that I won’t make those mistakes again.
Daily affirmation:
I believe that I can be successful in my career so I can live comfortably and help others.
I believe in myself that I can offer love and be loved.
I believe in myself that I can be a good friend and be there for others.
I believe in myself that no matter what other people think, I will stay true to myself.
I have to admit, change scares me. Life become such a routine that when things become negative, I have a hard time letting things go. It’s get easier once I accept that being miserable is not how I want to feel. If I don’t allow myself to move on, I can’t grow and learn from it. It would only make me angry and depress and I don’t want to live that way. I have to constantly remind myself, if I don’t let things go that are bad for me, I can’t move on to bigger & better things.
